CD45RO (UCHL-1) 1,0mL
Specificity and Comments:
CD45RO recognizes a 180kDa protein, identified as isoform of leukocyte common antigen (CD45RO) (4th Leukocyte Typing Workshop: Code No. N31). UCHL-1 reacts with mature activated T-cells, most thymocytes, and a sub-population of resting T-cells within both CD4 and CD8 subsets. UCHL-1 shows no reactivity with normal B-cells or natural killer cells, but reacts with granulocytes and monocytes. Reportedly, UCHL-1 is useful for the identification of normal T-cells and T-cell lymphomas.
