Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) 0,1 mL
Specificity and Comments:
EGFR recognizes a 170kDa protein, identified as the first member (EGR-Receptor) of type I family of growth factor receptors. It shows no cross-reaction with c-erbB-2, cerbB-3 or c-erbB-4. Over-expression of EGFR is reported in tumors of breast (25%), brain, bladder, lung, gastric, esophagus, cervix, ovary and endometrium.
